Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Sharpella.ch. If this is not the case, you can easily return your order.

Different return conditions apply for orders to the USA.

Return deadline:

You have 14 days from receipt of your goods to return an item.

Requirements:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Hygienically sealed products may only be returned unopened.

Return & Refund:
  1. Contact us atinfo@sharpella.ch with your order number.
  2. After receipt and inspection of the goods, the purchase amount will be reimbursed via shop credit within 5 working days.
Return costs:

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any customs costs for returns, except for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

Note for orders from the USA:

Different return policies apply for orders with a delivery address in the United States.
Returns will only be accepted if:

  • the item is defective or damaged
  • an incorrect item was delivered

Returns for other reasons (e.g. dissatisfaction or incorrect orders) are excluded.

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods info@sharpella.ch and send us clear photos of the problem. After checking, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
