General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for orders via www.sharpella.ch

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders for products placed via our website www.sharpella.ch.
By completing an order you agree to the following conditions.

We save the contract content and send you the order details by email.


1. Conclusion of contract and shipping

The contracts are concluded exclusively in German.

By completing your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart.
After receiving your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email.
The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

Deliveries usually take placewithin 4-10 business days within Switzerland, the USA and the EU. (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
If there are several items, one can

In rare cases the delivery time may be more than 10 working days.
If there are any delays, you will be informed immediately.

The buyer bears the shipping risk.

2.Delivery & origin of products

Sharpella works with carefully selected international manufacturers and suppliers to offer a wide range of high quality products.

In the event of seasonal sales peaks or exceptionally high demand, we reserve the right to have orders shipped in whole or in part directly from the manufacturer. Shipping can take place from China, Hong Kong or European warehouses.

The origin of a product has no influence on the warranty or services –Sharpella remains your contractual partner and contact in any case.

Due to direct shipping from the manufacturer, delivery times may vary (see shipping information).

3. Payment options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Apple Pay
  • TWINT
  • ShopPay
  • Klarna


4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in Switzerland Swiss franc (CHF), in the USA in $ and in Germany stated in euros, and include VAT.
For orders over www.sharpella.ch fall
no shipping costs within Switzerland, the USAas well as in Germany.
Express shipping is currently available
not offered.

5. Products

Some products or services are only available online and may be purchased inlimited quantitybe offered.
All products are subject to the conditions stated in our
Return Policyestablished conditions.

We strive to display product images and colors as realistically as possible.
Deviations due to different screen displays are possible.

We reserve the right to change, limit or discontinue products or services at any time.


6. Returns and Refunds

Customers in Switzerland have the right to order itemswithin 14 days of receiptto return the goods without giving reasons.

The period begins on the day after the order is delivered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, all you need to do is send a short email to info@sharpella.ch, stating the order number.

Once the notification has been received, the customer will receive the return address and further information about the return process.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

After receiving and checking the return, the purchase amount will be paid within 5 working days Store credit remunerated.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs costs unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

In this case, Sharpella.ch will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Note for orders from the USA:

Different return policies apply for orders with a delivery address in the United States.
Returns will only be accepted if:

  • the item is defective or damaged
  • an incorrect item was delivered

Returns for other reasons (e.g. dissatisfaction or incorrect orders) are excluded.

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goodsinfo@sharpella.chand send us clear photos of the problem. After checking, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

8. Warranty / Guarantee

We guarantee our electronic products for 2 years from the date of purchase.

What is covered by the warranty?

The guarantee applies exclusively to functional defects that occur despite proper use, in particular:

  • The product stops working or completely loses its main function
  • Electronic or technical components fail without external influences
  • Production or material defects that affect functionality

In these cases, we will examine the claim and – at our discretion – provide repairs or replacements.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The following are particularly excluded from the guarantee:

  • Changes in size, shrinkage or deformation due to incorrect washing or drying
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the care and washing instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Visual defects that do not affect function
  • Damage caused by improper use, self-repairs or external influences (e.g. heat, chemicals)

An exchange or refund will not be made if the product is still functional but no longer fits or has been visually altered due to incorrect care.


9. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free at all times. Likewise, we do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate, complete or reliable.

You agree that we may discontinue, suspend or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, including for an indefinite period of time.

Use of the service is expressly at your own risk. The Service and all products and services offered through the Service are - to the extent permitted by law and unless expressly stated otherwise - “as is” and “as available” provided without any warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied. This includes in particular, but not exclusively, implied warranties of marketability, merchantable quality, suitability for a particular purpose, durability, title-free title and non-infringement of third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we - including our legal representatives, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers and licensors - are liable in no case for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of savings, loss of data, replacement costs or any other comparable damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other basis of liability.

This also applies to any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service or the products offered through the service, including any errors or omissions in any content or from the transmission, publication or other delivery of any content or products - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If individual jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
